All numbers below (Ezzi, DIY and consultant) include the independent CPA firm audit you actually need to issue a SOC 2 report or ISO27001 certificate. DIY platforms and consultants bill that audit separately. With Ezzi it's bundled, so there is no surprise auditor invoice.

How does pricing scale with company size?
Pricing is banded by employee count. Each band has one fixed monthly price per framework by contract year, with no per-seat surcharges inside a band.

What if we grow past our band mid-contract?
Your band price is locked for the full 3-year term. If you grow into a higher band, we re-quote at renewal. There are no mid-term jumps and no retroactive charges.
Why is it a 3-year contract?
Compliance is an ongoing commitment. Year 1 covers readiness, implementation and your first audit. Years 2 and 3 cover continuous compliance monitoring, evidence collection and annual audit renewals at a significantly reduced rate.
What does the CPA audit include?
Every plan includes a full external audit performed by an independent CPA firm. For SOC 2, this includes the formal attestation report. For ISO 27001, this includes the certification audit. We coordinate the entire process.
How does bundle pricing work?
Each band has its own bundle price. Your first framework is at the standalone band rate and the second framework is added at a discount, because many controls, policies and processes overlap. For 1 to 50 employees the second framework adds $400 a month in year one and $300 a month in years two and three.
Can I add a framework later?
Yes. You can start with one framework and add another at any time. The additional framework price applies from the point you add it, aligned to your current contract year and band.
What happens after the 3-year contract?
You can renew at the Year 2 and 3 rate for continued compliance support and annual audits. There's no repeat of the Year 1 implementation cost.
Do you work with our existing auditor?
We can work with your preferred auditor or connect you with one of our trusted CPA partners. Either way, audit coordination is fully managed by our team.
